Lecture Presentations
All lecture presenters are required to complete the submission form with their presenter information and consent form.
A video upload is required for virtual presenters only.
All lecture presenters may submit their slides in advance, or they will have the opportunity to upload them on the presentation laptops up to 1 day prior to their presentation onsite.
ISAF 2022 will take place as a hybrid conference. The conference organizers have opted for a format where in each session, in-person presentations will be combined with synchronous virtual presentations, all being streamed online in real time through the CONFlux Hybrid Platform:
- In-person presenters are expected to present live.
- In-person participants following the sessions on-site will see the virtual synchronous presentations projected in the rooms.
- Virtual participants will have access to the live conference presentations from in-person participants (and virtual ones) by streaming through the CONFlux Platform.
- Streamed sessions will be also recorded and posted on the CONFlux platform: the pre-recorded presentations from virtual participants and the recorded in-person presentations of each session will also be available on-demand after the conference concludes.
Please note that virtual presenters are still expected to present IN REAL TIME as far as this is possible. The pre-recorded videos will be used as a backup in case of any technical / logistical difficulties to ensure an optimal conference development.
Our recommended approach to record a compatible video from content displayed on your computer screen and voice recorded via the computer microphone, is to record the presentation using Zoom, available to users on most platforms and in most countries.
Instructions for recording your presentation with Zoom:

For authors who are unable to access Zoom for free, you may use the free software OBS, which allows also to capture simultaneously yourself while speaking and your slides:

For virtual attendees only, presentations not received by this date will be considered a no-show and will be removed from the conference program.
