Student Travel Grants

Financial support is provided by IEEE UFFC to support a limited number of in person IEEE UFFC student member attendees at the 2022 ISAF symposium. Awards will be granted on a competitive basis. Students that receive this support must register normally (as students) and retain all travel receipts. Awards will be processed after the conference, and will require submission of tax forms, bank information, and travel receipt information based on IEEE regulations and requirements. All payments will be in US dollars, by electronic bank transfer.

The student must be the presenting author of the paper, and must be members of IEEE UFFC at the time of registration.

Students must provide a full CV, a letter of support from the advisor, and a letter of application from the student.

Applications will be prioritised from students who have limited access to travel funds. As such, we invite applicants to include within their application a justification based on the financial need for travel assistance.

SUBMISSIONS ARE NOW CLOSED.

Students selected to receive support will be notified by April 1, 2022.
